The hotel rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless, surrounded by lush grounds. However, the dim lighting can make it challenging for makeup application; bringing a mirror is helpful. The service is top-notch, with friendly and commended staff, except for one grumpy lifeguard. The location is a tranquil oasis with beautiful gardens, diverse pools, and easy beach access, though the nearby shops and restaurants are on the pricier side. The dining offers varied choices, although some dishes could be of better quality.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with a stunning bathroom and a lovely balcony featuring our own plunge pool, making it just perfect for us. The only downside was the challenge we had with the light switches, but overall, the room facilities were fantastic with nice comfy beds and good pillows.
The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants, creating a safe and upscale atmosphere. While the rooms are well-kept and great on upper floors for the views, the wet room setup may not be what you expect. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making services like room service and car hire easily accessible. The dining experience starts strong but can lack variety over time. The lush fauna garden stands out as a delightful feature within the resort.
